Poultry Planning Success for Roger Parry and Partners

11th April 2017

Roger Parry and Partners are delighted that Powys Councillors have approved plans for the erection of poultry installation and all associated works for 100,000 broilers at Domgay Hall, Llanymynech, Powys.

Richard Corbett, Partner at Roger Parry & Partners said, “Even though the application overcame several challenges before gaining planning permission it just goes to show, that if the site is right with justification and expertise, an application will go through.

“Our client Martin Evans identified the ever-increasing challenges facing the farming industry and that establishing a poultry enterprise at Domgay Hall to diversify the current business would provide longer-term financial security not only for his farming business but also for the local economy, through creating local jobs and supporting the local supply chains.”

This is one of many successful planning application we have secured in Powys and Shropshire recently, so if you’d like more information on how the extensive experience of our rural surveyors and planning departments could help you, please do get in touch for free and confidential advice.
