“We would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased we have been with the service provided by Paul Middleton over the last two years in gaining planning permission for both lawful use of our residential caravan and planning permission to change this to a permanent residential dwelling. We have felt very confident in the advice and information provided by Paul and we would completely trust his judgement on important decisions.”
Mr and Mrs P. B.
“We were extremely impressed with Richard Corbetts technical knowledge and ability to solve problems that arose during the planning process. His established working relationships with the necessary statutory consultees were invaluable.”

“I was delighted to be able to overcome many obstacles including floodplain and highways issues to secure planning consent for a vitally important AD Plant that is proposed to work on purely waste products.”
Richard. Planning consent for the Anaerobic Digester was granted by Powys County Council
“Clare is doing a great job and she has a very measured and clear approach with everything we have asked her to do so far, and has an excellent knowledge of the BPS scheme. I would like to thank her especially for recommending the Young Farmers scheme to us. Thank you all.”

Mrs J
“By far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. The team at Llanidloes handled both my sale and purchase, they were professional, friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. Thank you for a hassle free move.”
Mrs G
Paul has been great throughout the whole process for us. We knew we wanted to self-build but didn’t have any of the knowledge or expertise on how to obtain the relevant planning permissions to move our idea forward. From day one, Paul has been available to reach out to whenever we have had a question and ultimately brought us the results we wanted. We would highly recommend Paul’s services if you are looking to build your own home; he has not only assisted us with receiving planning permission but also designed the plans for all aspects of the build. Overall great service!
