The Small Grants – Environment (Carbon) scheme is now open for applications in Wales until 30th June. There is up to £7,500 of funding available per business for capital works.

Capital grants available include:

• Hedge planting – £4.50/m
• Coppicing and gapping up – £4.50/m
• Hedge laying – £5.53/m
• Standard tree planting – £11.25 each

Supportive capital works include:

• Fencing – £5.56/m
• Ladder stile – £107 each
• Timber field gates – £150-£236 each
