Planning success for Gail Lewis

18th July 2017

Gail Lewis from our Carmarthenshire office, is pleased that Powys County Council has approved a planning application for the erection of a 32,000 free range poultry unit at Rallt, Carno, for David, Sian and Tom Richards.

The application was scrutinised by Natural Resources Wales under the new guidance post 1 April 2017 and received their full support following the provision of additional detailed information which included Pollution Prevention Plans, Drainage Proposals, Range Area Plans and Management Schemes.

Gail (pictured) said, “The proposal shows the investment of the family in their farming business and provides a sustainable future for the farm in considering future succession and impending changes within the industry. We would like to wish the family all the best with their new venture and look forward to seeing the completed project.”
