Les Stephan has joined Roger Parry & Partners in 2022 as a Consultant following the firm’s amalgamation with Les Stephan Planning.  Les said, “I am looking forward to remaining with the new amalgamated business in a consultancy capacity with the support of Rob Mills, Stuart Taylor, and Daniella Owen, who will remain in position to ensure continuity to all clients’ current and future projects”.

Les was born in Ironbridge and has lived in Shrewsbury for many years. He had extensive experience working for Local Authority planning departments before moving to the private sector and establishing Les Stephan Planning Ltd in 1993.
