Viewing Arrangements

If you wish to view a property, a member of our team may ask you for the below information. This is to ensure the property is suitable for your needs. Providing comprehensive support reinforces our tenant information services.

  • Name and address of all prospective tenants
  • Details of any children including ages
  • Whether you have any pets
  • Whether you smoke or not
  • Contact daytime telephone number and details of present circumstances (e.g. in rented, living with parents etc.)

This information ensures that your criteria can be checked with any requirements our landlords have stipulated. It also speeds up the process.

Although comprehensive information for all our rental properties can be found on this website, if you have any specific requirements, please discuss them with a member of our lettings team. This is so that we can ensure the suitability of any property is established prior to arranging a viewing. Comprehensive tenant information is key. Where appropriate, we will inform you whether you will be meeting the landlord, the present tenant, or a representative of Roger Parry and Partners.

Until an application is confirmed as acceptable, the property is still available to prospective tenants. We ensure comprehensive support throughout the process.
