>We are delighted to announce Fiona Reuter has recently joined the team in the new Llanidloes office as the Residential Sales Administrator and Receptionist.
>The new office in Llanidloes, which opened earlier this month, is situated on Great Oak Street in the centre of the town. The team offer the full range of Roger Parry & Partners services including: estate and letting agents, land agents, chartered surveyors, planning consultants, rural payments and funding expertise.
>Fiona’s position is new in the firm and has come about as a result of the expansion. Fiona will be involved in the administration of the properties for sale with the Llanidloes office. Fiona will also be the first point of contact when you visit the new office.
>Clare Williams, an Associate with Roger Parry & Partners, runs the new Llanidloes office. She said, “As a firm, Roger Parry & Partners are delighted to expand the business deeper into the heart of Wales. We already have a large client base in this area and our new office gives us a great opportunity to build on that. Having lived here all my life I’m pleased to be able to guarantee local customers an excellent service from all aspects of the business. We are delighted that Fiona has joined our team. She will be a great asset to our new office.”
>Working with Clare and Fiona in the new office will also be Gail Jenkins. Gail, a planning consultant for Roger Parry & Partners, is based in Carmarthenshire and will divide her time between her office near Llandovery and the new office in Llanidloes.
>Fiona and her partner live in Y Fan, just outside Llanidloes, and have a commercial flock of about 250 breeding ewes as well as a small flock of Herdwicks. After returning to the UK from working on a 60,000 acre sheep station in Australia Fiona studied Agriculture as a mature student and gained a triple Distinction.
>Commenting on her appointment Fiona said, “I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity to work with the experienced team at Roger Parry & Partners who are one of the most established teams of estate agents and chartered surveyors in Shropshire and mid Wales.”
