We are delighted to announce that Julia Frost has joined the team of rural Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors as the new Residential Sales & Lettings Assistant in the Welshpool office. 

Julia, who lives in Four Crosses, Llanymynech, joined Roger Parry & Partners in October. Day to day Julia greets visitors to the Welshpool office on reception, she arranges and attends residential viewings, uploads properties for sale and rent to the Roger Parry & Partners website and carries out general administrative duties.

Before joining Roger Parry & Partners Julia worked in accounts for six years and most recently worked as Office Manager for a small consultancy and welding company in Newtown. She has a qualification in Horse Management and has studied for her AAT Accountancy qualification at Shrewsbury college.

Welcoming Julia to the team, Tudor Watkins, Partner and Manager of Roger Parry & Partners’ Welshpool office said, “Julia’s appointment has strengthened our office in Welshpool. We have increased the size of our workforce as a result of Hannah Broxton being promoted to the position of Planning Technician. We now have a strong team of rural estate agents and chartered surveyors to help local customers. We are delighted that Julia has joined us.”

In her spare time Julia loves to be outdoors either walking or riding horses.
