Roger Parry & Partners, a member of the NFU Rural Surveyors’ Panel, will help celebrate the NFU Legal Assistance Scheme’s 30th anniversary by offering NFU members an extra £100 discount, in addition to the existing £500 discount, making a substantial total contribution of £600 towards the cost of professional advice.

NFU tenant farmer members, who subscribe to the Legal Assistance Scheme (LAS), could receive an additional contribution of £100 towards the costs of obtaining professional advice from Roger Parry & Partners in preparing budgetary reports for rent reviews, thanks to the NFU’s Legal Board.

Charis Denham, Chartered Surveyor with Roger Parry & Partners, and an expert in Farm landlord and tenant matters, (pictured) said, “Roger Parry & Partners has worked closely with NFU members in England and Wales for many years and we are delighted to be able work with the NFU to offer this contribution for members to help celebrate the Legal Assistance Scheme’s 30th anniversary.

“Roger Parry & Partners have extensive experience in all aspects of rent reviews and often work on behalf of tenants to successfully negotiate amicable agreements with their landlords. As part of the scheme funded reports we will visit the farm and then prepare budgetary reports to assist in negotiating new rents for all types of agricultural tenancies.”

The NFU’s LAS is offering this special £100 bonus in addition to the existing £500 offered to LAS tenant subscribers using the NFU Tenants’ First Advice Service, making a substantial total contribution of £600 towards costs until 31 October 2018.
