Roger Parry & Partners’s residential sales team is going from strength to strength with the recent appointment of a new Residential Manager.

The property specialists are delighted to announce that Jo Woollam has joined the team as the Residential Manager. Jo, born and bred in Shropshire, has a wealth of knowledge in the local area and has almost 20 years of experience working within the property market. 

Jo, from Shrewsbury in Shropshire, joined the Roger Parry & Partners’ team after working with a local estate agent for many years.

As Residential Manager, Jo’s day to day duties give her the opportunity to meet with new clients. As an experienced professional she provides reliable, honest advice as she is extremely familiar with the local property market. Jo guides clients through the whole process whether they are buying or selling a property. When it comes to sales she ensures the best price is achieved. Jo also ensures the residential sales department runs smoothly and effectively.

Jo attended all her years of education in Shrewsbury and gained a diploma in Business Management. In more recent years, Jo has become a member of Propertymark and holds a NAEA qualification. Jo is looking forward to completing her RICS membership.
