11th October 2021

We are delighted to announce that Charlotte Jacob MRICS has joined our team of rural Chartered Surveyors and is based in the firm’s Minsterley office.

Charlotte, who lives in Llanymynech, joined Roger Parry & Partners in July. Day to day she advises on and undertakes a variety of professional duties including valuation, planning, compulsory purchase and compensation, landlord and tenant matters, contract farming, basic payment scheme and countryside stewardship matters.

Charlotte qualified from Harper Adams University’s Rural Estate & Land Management Course in 2017. For her placement year, in 2015-16, she worked in Roger Parry & Partners’ Oswestry office. She became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2021 whilst working at Balfours LLP in Shrewsbury as a Land Agent.

Welcoming Charlotte back to the Roger Parry & Partners team, Richard Corbett, Partner and Manager of Roger Parry & Partners’ Oswestry office said, “We are delighted that Charlotte has joined us. She will be a great asset to the team with her previous experience and education at Harper Adams University. This means we now have a strong team of nine qualified Chartered Surveyors to service our clients.”

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as going to watch live music and swimming, surfing, bodyboarding and paddleboarding at the beach.

Commenting on her appointment Charlotte said, “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to work with the experienced team at Roger Parry & Partners who are one of the most established and largest teams of chartered surveyors and estate agents in Shrewsbury and mid Wales.”
