Sheep Shed, Ty Issa

We have seen an increase in people wanting to look at different ways of diversifying, especially into tourism projects in Mid-Wales. From recent trends in people taking more staycations especially after the pandemic over the last few years, the demand for sites for tourism has grown significantly.

Mr & Mrs Jones first contacted Richard Corbett and Lyndsey Fisher at Roger Parry and Partners in Autumn 2020, for looking at different ways they could use an existing barn as another income stream on there hillside farm in Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant, Mid Wales.

After speaking to the family now the project is complete ready for a holiday let they said “initially we appointed Roger Parry and Partners to start with the planning application process, as we saw a gap in the market which we thought was as a brilliant venture. With thanks to the professional service and knowledge that Roger Parry offered, 2 years later The Sheep Shed- a self-catering, 2 bedroom holiday let is now open and ready to welcome guests to enjoy the spectacular views Mid-Wales can offer. Richard and Lyndsey from the start to the end, kept me up to date with throughout the planning process which allowed me time to prepare for the following stages after gaining planning”.

The Sheep Shed is now a desirable holiday let, in a very unique location with unwavering views into Mid-Wales and Shropshire. Whilst enjoying your experience, it comes with an open plan living space and plenty of outdoor surrounding place equipped with a hot tub on the decking.
