This website is aimed at users in the United Kingdom. Users of this website who access it from places outside the United Kingdom do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with any local laws.

IP Addresses

We may log IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our servers and for system administration. We shall only use these addresses for technical & tracking purposes.

Log Files

We capture industry standard information solely for the purpose of analysis. Information contained in log files is intended for internal use only and will not be disclosed.

Complaints Handling Procedure 

This procedure shall be made available to any Client or member of the public, in written form, upon request.

If you have a complaint, then the following notes set out the procedure we will follow, as a firm, in dealing with that complaint.

A person has been appointed from our office to deal with complaints and you should not hesitate to contact the relevant person. Details are set out below:

Where your complaint is initially made orally, you will be requested to send a written summary of your complaint to the person dealing with it.

Once we have received your written summary of the complaint, we will contact you in writing within seven days of receipt to inform you of our understanding of the circumstances leading to the complaint. You will be invited to make any comments that you have in relation to this.

Within 21 days of receipt of your written summary, the person dealing with your complaint will write to you, in order to inform you of the outcome of the investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been or will be taken.

If you remain dissatisfied with any aspect of our handling of your complaints, then we will attempt to resolve this promptly through negotiation and otherwise agree to enter into mediation with you. Consumer complaints can be referred to the Ombudsman Services: Property, which is free to consumers.
