Roger Parry & Partners LLP manage a wide range of planning projects. In these projects, we endeavour to involve the public as much as possible. If you live or work in the project locality, we want your comments and thoughts in our dedicated Consultation Area. This is so that when an application is submitted it is the best it can be. The application should fully account for the observations and concerns of the local community.
We pride ourselves on producing comprehensive and thought-through planning applications. However, if we can encourage and integrate local community input, this will improve our clients’ applications further. We believe local consultation is essential to good town and country planning. This Consultation Aim helps achieve these goals.
This area of the website is for local residents, parish and community councils, neighbours, and any other consultees. You can browse current proposals and submit comments. We will take your comments to our instructing client and seek to resolve or account for any outstanding issues. Some planning applications will be at pre-application stage. In such cases, various details of the proposed development will be published on here. Others will have already been submitted to the Local Planning Authority (LPA), and a link to the application documents on the relevant LPA website will therefore be provided. If an application has been lodged, you can still submit comments to us directly. However, if you wish to ensure the LPA see your comments, you must submit them to the LPA directly.
