This report is most appropriate for a conventional house, flat or bungalow in fair condition, and of standard construction, that has been built since 1970.
The report includes:
- A visual inspection of the property, the services and the gardens/grounds.
- This includes concealed areas (loft void, cellar etc), should they be accessible and safe to access.
- A description of construction type and materials used for different parts of the property.
- A clear three level, colour-coded, rating system, outlining issues and problems relating to the property’s condition.
- A summary of risks attributed to the building, grounds and people.
- Advice on how to proceed after the survey.
