Roger Parry & Partners Announces Acquisition of TSR Surveyors

Roger Parry & Partners LLP has announced the acquisition of TSR Surveyors (Towler Shaw Roberts), strengthening the firm’s commercial property offering and expanding its presence across the West Midlands and Mid Wales.

The acquisition marks a significant step in Roger Parry & Partners’ continued growth strategy, bringing together two established property firms with complementary expertise across residential, rural, planning and commercial disciplines. The combined business now operates from offices in Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Telford, Oswestry and Welshpool, extending its reach across Shropshire, Mid and North Wales, and the West Midlands.

TSR is a highly regarded commercial property and management agency with a long-standing reputation across the region. By joining forces, the two businesses will offer clients a broader and more integrated service, spanning planning, architectural services, surveying, valuation, commercial and residential sales and lettings.

Importantly, all existing TSR and Roger Parry & Partners staff, including TSR’s directors, will remain with the business, ensuring continuity for clients and retaining the knowledge and experience both firms are known for.
