DIRECTIONS: From Welshpool travel through the village of Trewern past the School and past the turning for Criggion Lane. Take the next turning on your left Garreg Bank and continue up the hill past Far Hill Cottage and Ty Bryn. After a short distance you will see a track on your right-hand side, we suggest you park up here careful not to obstruct any traffic and walk down the land pass Gronwyn for about 150 meters and the gate to the property is situated on your right. We advise viewers not to approach the cottage due to its poor state and together with the fact there are multiple loose stones concealed in the long grass surrounding the cottage. Interested parties are advised they view the site at their own risk.
