Richard Corbett and Becky Bowen are delighted that four of their planning applications were supported by Powys Planning Committee yesterday.

Three of the four successful applications were for residential developments providing 28 much-needed houses in the rural area. They were approved due to the lack of a five year housing supply.

Richard Corbett said, “We had a great day yesterday and were well supported by the Powys planning committee providing housing in Powys.”
