Clare joined Roger Parry and Partners in July 2010 after finishing a course in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University College, having previously worked at a firm in Cheshire on her placement year. She became a qualified rural practice chartered surveyor (RICS) in May 2012 and she also qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV).

Clare is able to advise clients in Basic Payment Scheme and Entitlement Sales, Countryside Stewardship, Planning, Commercial and Residential property, Grant applications, Valuations, Landlord and Tenant matters and Compulsory Purchase. Clare works in both the Welshpool and Minsterley Offices for Basic Payment Scheme advice.

Clare grew up on a dairy farm near Llanidloes in Mid Wales and was a very active member of Montgomeryshire Young Farmers Club, taking part in many varied competitions at county and national level, charity events and travel opportunities. Now retired, she has taken on the role of Club Leader. Clare recently travelled to Patagonia, Argentina to visit farms and experience agricultural life in South America. She is also a member of Montgomeryshire Young Professionals Group. Clare has recently married a farmer from Llanidloes and her maiden name is Jerman.
