Clare joined Roger Parry and Partners in July 2010 after finishing a course in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University College. She completed her placement year at a firm of chartered surveyors in Cheshire gaining experience in single payment scheme, landlord and tenant matters, planning, SPS entitlement transfers, environmental schemes and compulsory purchase. Clare is now seeking to complete her training to become a qualified member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Clare grew up on a dairy farm near Llanidloes in Mid Wales and is an active member of Montgomeryshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs, taking part in many varied competitions, events and travel opportunities.
