Tim was born and bred in Shrewsbury. Educated in Shrewsbury he later went on to Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology where he qualified with a HND in Architectural & Building Studies, and was presented with the college construction prize award and design project challenge cup.

His first job was with Shropshire County Council architectural department and then with Tom Ralphs Architects Practice where he gained considerable all round experience. He was then headhunted by a local house building company with whom he remained for 9 years. Since he has worked with several major house builders including Shropshire Homes, Galliers Homes, Beazer Homes PLC and latterly Castlemead Homes & Developments Ltd, Wrexham.

Tim has achieved a wealth of experience in the architectural profession, having specialised in the residential sector for a number of years. He can provide creative flair and a passion for designing with commercial acumen. Tim was voted into Who's Who in Architecture in 2002 and his experience includes creating numerous residential developments, intricate individual house designs, barn conversions, the development of medical centres and care homes, supermarkets and service stations.

Tim has a lot of varied interests and enjoys all outdoor pursuits, especially skiing abroad, hill walking and mountain biking. He is a keen music record collector.
