Single Farm Payment Entitlement Trading

We are now trading English and Welsh Entitlements privately prior to the deadline for trading Entitlements, without land, on the 2nd April. Acquisition before the deadline will enable buyers to claim the Single Payment in 2010.....

The Uplands Entry Level Stewardship Scheme is launched

This new payment scheme for hill famers is the successor to the Hill Farm Allowance (HFA) payments that have been paid in the past. The scheme is designed to reward farmers for looking after local wildlife, biodiversity and water courses, and maintaining traditional features. Natural England will administer the scheme and are providing training, including workshops, demonstration days and individual visits.....
